How everything started
It all started around 6 years ago with a trip to the magical island Ibiza, which changed my previous attitude towards life and my future professional career. Since then I have traveled the world, discovered new places, collected life experiences and created a new mindset. I’ve started my own social media channels to let my followers be part of this journey and built a life as a digital Nomad. I became more and more fascinated in the field of social media marketing and decided to substantiate my practical skills with theoretical knowledge. Therefore, I studied Media management (Bachelor) and Intercultural Communication and Moderation (Master) in Munich.
I have gained lots of practical experience, expanded my knowledge over the past years and became very passionate about helping clients building up their brand and turn their followers into fans and later into returning clients. Establishing an own social media and branding agency was the next essential step for me and so the AfH – Modern Marketing Solutions was born!

We have put together an amazing team based on friendship and core values like authenticity, reliability and loyalty. Our German core team consists of Franzi (CEO) and Jürgen Friedl (Founder & Head of Finances) and the 3 main Freelance coworkers Ann-Kathrin Hitzler (Social Media Consultant and Strategist), Steffi Schwarz (Web developer and designer) and Christina Winzig (Virtual Assistant and Project Manager).
